Grilled eggplant marinated in a balsamic vinaigrette on a mixed green salad with chickpeas, watermelon radish, carrot, and onion. Served with balsamic vinaigrette and topped with smoked ricotta cheese.

the green salad with olives was a great combo and the eggplant, chickpeas and greens were yummy, though the eggplant was a little salty.
This was lovely but the eggplant was very salty, we really loved the olives in the other salad greens
