Minced beef flavored with warm Lebanese spices, fresh parsley, and onion then formed into patties and broiled in the oven. Served with mint rice, a crunchy fattoush salad, house made hummus, pita and creamy garlic yogurt sauce
kafta (ground beef, parsley, onion, pepper, allspice, cinnamon, salt), mint rice (long grain rice, dried mint, sea salt), fattoush (lettuce, green pepper, green onion, parsley, cucumber, tomato, radish, olive oil, lemon, salt, pepper, sumac, dried mint, garlic), pita chips (enriched wheat flour, water, yeast, salt, vinegar, sugar, calcium propionate), hummus (garbanzo beans, tahini (sesame seed), lemon, garlic, salt), pita (flour, water, soybean oil), garlic yogurt sauce (yogurt, garlic, salt)
It was tasty
The Kafta's were a little dry and not very tasty. There were lots of leftovers.
