SOOOOOOO fantastic. Only give four stars because some of the artichoke hearts were so tough that no one could chew them.
Very delicious. I had one guest who is gluten free/dairy free say she can never find anything suitable for her to eat, and she raved about this dish--especially the artichokes and tomatoes.
