Handmade gluten free black eyed pea patties are served with flavorful sides like brown rice, romaine, slow baked black beans, roasted yams and plantains. Top it off with fresh limes, jalapeños, cilantro, green onions then a swirl of cilantro or jerk sauce to finish it off.

These are my personal favorite! This last time they patties were a bit too soft, could've been cooked longer, but our vegetarian patients and staff LOVE this option.
could use a bit more seasoning, but overall quite good.
