Traditional Korean pork marinated in a sweet soy sauce and cooked with sweet onions. Served with white rice, fresh napa cabbage kimchi, and a side of mixed green salad with sesame ginger dressing.

Perfect spice, pork was awesome and not overly ginger-y. And I'll reiterate that the kimchi is amazing.
