A gluten free version of Kay's Korean-style tacos filled with sweet gluten free soy-marinated chicken, steamed white rice, and Asian coleslaw wrapped in a warm corn tortilla. Kick it up a notch with napa cabbage kimchi and Momma's Spicy Sauce.
Garlic Chicken Bulgogi (chicken, gluten free soy sauce, sugar, garlic, black pepper, pineapple juice, sesame seed)
Corn Tortilla (corn masa flour, water)
Napa Cabbage Kimchi (napa cabbage, radish, red bell pepper, red pepper powder, onion, garlic, ginger, salted shrimp, anchovy extract, sea salt, sea kelp broth, water, monosodium glutamate)
Asian Coleslaw (cabbage, rice vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, sesame seeds, mirin, green onion, salt, pepper)
Steamed White Rice (rice), Sriracha (chili, sugar, salt, garlic, distilled vinegar)
Momma's Spicy Sauce (chili paste, tamari, sugar, pepper, ketchup)
all the food was great, but the tortillas / taco's seemed unnecessary (corn tortillas fell apart easily). Would be better just as a bowl!
