Falafel (chickpeas, onions, serrano pepper, garlic, sesame, spices, herbs, canola oil)
Rice (basmati rice, canola oil, onion, garlic, spices)
Greek Salad (lettuce, tomato, onion, red cabbage, cucumber, Kalamata olives)
Greek Dressing (olive oil, canola oil, white vinegar, red vinegar, rice vinegar, Mediterranean seasoning, sugar)
Hummus (chickpeas, garlic, lemon, tahini (sesame seed), seasonings)
Pita Bread (unbleached unbromated enriched flour, water, soybean oil. contains 2% or less of: guar gum, sesame flour, soy flour, yeast)
Tahini Sauce (tahini paste (sesame seeds, olive oil), lemon, garlic, soy sauce, citric acid)
This dish didn't last long as participants returned for seconds on the falafel and hummus. So good!
