This salad never disappoints meat-eaters and the labeling was awesome so it was an easy day, but I did hear from the beet averse. Is there another Chef Lily option for vegetarians/vegans? Not 100% we'd switch but curious. Dressing today: NAILED IT!!! but please go lighter on red onions. 4.5 stars
