Description

Chef Andrea's Arnabeet (cauliflower) Fatteh, roasted cauliflower and chickpeas stewed in a spiced tomato sauce. Served with rice with caramelized onions, roasted broccoli, arugula and quinoa salad, baba ghanoush, and Lebanese pita.
